Tru mat pilates

Build strength, focus, and flexibility in our lightly heated, flow-style Tru Mat Pilates class. Combining core-centric Pilates Mat I and Mat II drills with yoga, this class focuses on slower controlled movements rather than heat and cardio in our signature Tru Hot Pilates. Show up and tone up.
